Welcoming community with many activities and clubs. Very clean and well kept community. Note that the recreation/work out center is undersized for number of residents with no additional facilities planned in the near future. Before considering to build, be aware of the dangerous and overwhelming amount of traffic to get to the community-traffic that is only going to get worse as more development takes place along Robson Ranch Road. Very disappointing that the County and State has allowed the development to occur without addressing traffic issues. Would not recommend living here, until the traffic issues are addressed.

Overpriced houses and can’t access main road due to traffic. Dangerous

We built a house in Robson Ranch almost 4 yrs ago. Since closing it’s been one issue after another. We placed 86 warranty tickets just in the first 8 months. We had crooked toilet tanks, poor drainage in our backyard, poorly finished cabinets, chips in our countertops, garage door issues, flooring issues, window & sliding glass door issues, and I could go on. No one told us we would need to seal the grout in our bathrooms which we had to pay an outside company a year later to re-grout and seal. We are also replacing our constant money pit HVAC and garages doors. We were also lied to by our sales person on home completion date, property taxes and HOA dues. The HOA dues go up every year. Pros, the community is well maintained and the people (staff & residents) are friendly. There is always something to do.
