I really love the attention and the care that my mom is receiving at this facility! The workers are amazing. They are also friendly and helpful.! My mom is a patient there and she is so much more alert and happy than her previous facility. She has Alzheimer’s and dementia and I notice that she is more alert and talkative. It is a very clean environment and my mother’s needs are always met. I cannot think the staff enough for taking care of my mother!

I am a resident of Rosewood Rehabilitation and Care Center and have been since 2019. I have seen a great deal of things from resident care, building maintenance, resident activities and even an administrator change. Through everything, I believe Rosewood is a fine facility where the residents are treated with respect and dignity by a caring staff and administration. The building is well maintained by the maintenance team in a timely manner, or they will get someone out to make the repairs. The grounds around Rosewood are well kept and tended to regularly by our Maintenance team. The residents’ rooms and common areas and laundry are taken care of by the Housekeeping Department, who do a superb job and do whatever is asked of them. If a resident has a lost item of clothing, housekeeping will bend over backwards to find it. The Administration at Rosewood is very professional and ready to handle any problem from minor glitches to major issues. From the Administrator, Lisa to Business Office Manager Alex, Director of Nursing, Alyssa, Human Resources Director Cassandra and Admissions Director Michelle, the day to day operations of Rosewood is in good hands. The Nurses and Certified Nurse Aides here are very knowledgeable in their assignments and make sure the residents are ready for the day and for the frequent care each resident may need. Activities and Special events are handled by Lucy, Activities Director and there are plenty of activities to keep the residents busy and special days/Holidays are well attended and we have great Community participation. Dietary department has greatly improved from when I first came to Rosewood and the meals are very tasty and if there is a meal we don’t like we are given other choices. All in all, Rosewood is an excellent facility, and the care here is excellent.

The room’s and disgusting and they never get them up to do anything.I see more nurses gathering around socializing and laughing, while there is more call lights on than anything.The administrator won’t do anything about it and she is very rude when you i’m concerned about your love ones.I found a nursing home that is much better.I wish corporate would do something
