Don’t ever put your parents in this facility unless you want them to get away with neglecting of the patients and mistreating their workers and the workers talking mad ugly to people who can’t get out of bed they deserve better they did me wrong

We had a very poor experience with this assisted nursing facility while my dad was there. If I could give them a negative I would. The staff, RNs and CNAs, were unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude, and often appeared lazy and unorganized. We constantly had to be present to make sure my dad received the care and attention he needed, which should not have been necessary. One of the most frustrating parts was their schedule. They would wake my dad up at 4:00 a.m. to take his vitals and then again at 5:00 a.m. to give him medication. There seemed to be no concern for his rest or comfort. His physical…

His physical therapy was also disappointing, consisting of only about 15 minutes of walking, which did not feel adequate for his recovery needs. The food was also terrible. To make matters worse, they were supposed to send his medication refill to the pharmacy, but that never happened. After he was released, we had to go ourselves to sort it out and pick it up. Most upsetting of all, my dad came home worse than when he went in. Overall, this facility did not provide the level of care, professionalism, organization, or compassion that families expect for their loved ones. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere before placing a family member here.

The assisted living and skilled nursing community s warm and inviting, beautiful and homelike. The employees are the incredible and extremely dedicated to the resident they serve

Very experienced and caring staff, clean building and well managed. They go above and beyond for their residents.

I love the atmosphere of this community! From the staff on the floor to the management Personnel. Skilled Staff is very understanding & respond to assistance in a timely manner! I would recommend the Assisted Living for loved ones that need more assistance in their daily living. I highly recommend Sage Park San Antonio!

My dead father's bracelet was taken off my unconscious mom and no one did anything about it. Yes, we filed a police report. I have called and left messages for the last 3 days and no one in charge will call me back.

My observation on the rehabilitation neighborhood has been a positive one. I always see the nurses busy with their residents and the CNAs are quick to answer call lights. The residents are involved with activities and the staff assist with getting them to the activities. I recommend this facility for those needing great rehabilitation services.

I am a regular visitor to a couple of friends who are residents of Juniper and they both love it there and I have found the staff to be nothing but friendly every time I go there. They are very helpful and attentive to my friends who are the residences there. I also want to give a special shout out to Brandi at the desk. She too is always very welcoming even very helpful to residences as well. Thank you.
