The residents here are really friendly and there is a lot of options of things to do. You can do as much or as little as you want. No pressure. Maintenance is really great. They guys work hard at fixing things and it is really really clean. Nice place to live.

I would highly recommend Sage Plum Creek because it meets our needs. We already know people there. Everybody I run into (even if you don't know them) tells me that they love it there. It's clean and open. The staff is wonderful. We're very pleased with the accommodation that we were able to get. They have a lot of activities. There is no meal plan, which is fine with me. The grounds are impeccably kept and clean. There's a pool, there's pickleball, and there's a doggy park. There is a place to grow a garden if you want. There are cabanas, seating areas, and grilling areas. It's also very…

It's also very centrally located. It's across the street from ACC, where they give senior classes. It is near the Performing Arts Center. It's close to a lot of things, and that makes it very convenient. I still drive, but there will come a time when I cannot drive, and yet there is still transportation available. The staff has been wonderful, too. They have a lot of things. They have an exercise room, chair exercises, and a fitness center. All of your mail delivery, including packages, is done indoors. Everything is in tip-top shape.

I really didn’t know what to expect. All the staff are so accommodating and ready to help. The residents that I’ve met are very friendly and anxious to make feel welcome. My apartment was in excellent condition, when I moved in. My move has been a huge adjustment for me, but everyone has gone out of their way to make my adjustments easier for me. Thank You Sage at Plum Creek!

I really enjoy living at Sage. I just signed my new 15 month lease. I love the sense of community and friendship. We are always doing so many fun activities and mostly everyone participates. We are in a sense, family as we all look out for one another. It's a genuine friendship that I just couldn't leave behind if I had moved.

I have been here for two and a half years .You can't beat the location and people are friendly. Meals not included. Lots of resident sponsored activities. Excellent community with friendly and caring staff. Resident volunteers help management in planning activities. I would recommend this community to other families.

You can't compare this facility with others that offer meals and dining - as well as care. None of that is offered here. My overall experience at Sage is good. There are lots of activities, but many of them are resident generated and sponsored. Cost probably in line with other places that don't offer meals. You need to be active and take care of yourself to live here. Many things are out of the community manager's control. Sparrow Living corporate controls some things that should be decided by each community. That keeps it from being a 5

Sage Plum Creek has many friendly and helpful staff members. There are many activities - and many of them are led by the residents themselves. It is overall a great place to live. Depending on what you need, the apartment sizes are great! I have a one bedroom with a study which has been perfect for me. It has plenty of storage space. I would absolutely recommend Sage Plum Creek to others looking for independent living.

I've lived here since June. It is a great place. There are no care services here. Everyone must be over 55 and able to live independently. There are tons of activities- some sponsored by Sparrow Living (our parent company) and others that are resident led. The facility is brand new, so very clean. Residents are very friendly, and I feel the cost is in line with other like communities.
