SA North was amazing in working closely with on one of our hospice patients for placement out of the hospital. Aly, Richard and Alex worked diligently to get our patient situated in their facility. Thank you SA North team!
This place was the worst thing that has ever happened to my mother in law. She came out way worse then she went in. She had a bed sore that was not tended to properly that got worse while she was there. She had a stomach infection and went into kidney failure and they didn't even realize it until my husband went and told them that something was wrong with her and made them call a ambulance to take her to the hospital. It reeks of urine through out the whole facility. The floors are sticky everywhere you walk. Roaches crawling on the walls. My mother in law has been at a few facilities since…

My mother in law has been at a few facilities since February for rehabilitation and this is the worst one they sent her to. Someone should really check on the rest of the residents there because I am more than certain they are being neglected especially if they do not have family checking in on them. Shame on you I wish I had the money for a lawyer to get you guys shut down.
From the moment I walked into the building it smelled clean and fresh, which made a great impression. The staff greeted me right away and were very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting and you can tell that they take pride in their facility and the care they provide.
Just went to dropped off something off but it seems like everything is going well there.
This center is not a fancy nursing home but the care and compassion from each department shines through. We have a wonderful Activities dept. the director goes out of her way to plan activities that we all enjoy ,and ,evening and activities are included. Dietary dept. sees to our individual needs of each of our meals. We have a housekeeping dept that ensures that are names are sewed on our clothes to prevent loss. They also clean our rooms daily with a smile. We have a Rehab dept that works on your specific need to get you stronger. Im a resident here for past 3 yrs and it is my home away from home❤️

I like the food. I enjoy therapy, everyone is nice and pushes me to do my best. I also enjoy the many fun activities.
Ninfa my nurse, is always spreading extra compassion to all of her residents. She goes above and beyond. Loretta in activities has a variety of things for us to do, I especially enjoy the bingo games that we have 3 times a week. Amy is our rehab Dir., She makes sure her workers are on top of everything, they all are nice and courteous.
