I couldn't have asked for someone more caring , knowledgeable to help me get my sister into the wonderful caring arms of everyone that I met at San Gabriel while I was in Austin. I live in NJ., and feel so incredibly blessed that my sister is in the care of this incredible staff. A bed is a bed, but it's the people that make the difference. My sister is critically ill and needs a lot of daily care and compassion. Knowing she is at San Gabriel and their incredible staff is absolutely priceless.…

The staff at San Gabriel Rehabilitation and Care Center have been phenomenal. My 90 year old mother fell and became unable to live at home by herself or with care. Kristine and Kat were awesome at assisting with admitting mom into care and helpful along with Medicaid Done Right with moving forward with getting Medicaid for mom. The staff (all inclusive) have taken mom under their care and are always positive in supporting her needs. The facility is clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, the residents all appear to be happy and well taken care of. Thank you to all of the staff for taking…

The staff at San Gabriel Rehabilitation and Care Center have been phenomenal. My 90 year old mother fell and became unable to live at home by herself or with care. Kristine and Kat were awesome at assisting with admitting mom into care and helpful along with Medicaid Done Right with moving forward with getting Medicaid for mom. The staff (all inclusive) have taken mom under their care and are always positive in supporting her needs. The facility is clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, the residents all appear to be happy and well taken care of. Thank you to all of the staff for taking care of mom and our family!
This facility took great care of my grandma during her stay. The staff was incredibly kind. Ben, the CNA, was especially wonderful—he was always there when she needed help and went above and beyond to ensure she was well cared for. Will, her occupational therapist, was also outstanding. He encouraged her during therapy sessions and pushed her to reach her full potential while always being supportive and caring. We are very grateful for the care she received!

This is a fantastic establishment with a highly caring and proficient staff. Christine were exceptionally helpful in guiding us through the Medicaid application process. I wholeheartedly recommend their services, as the care provided is phenomenal, and I feel confident that my mother is safe and well-cared for.
My nephew entered San Gabriel with serious health problems which made him bed ridden for eight months. The nurses and care team on the 300 unit have done a wonderful job seeing to his needs and working to provide the medical services he needs the move forward to the day he will be able to stand and walk. I am an 88 year old retiree, with very little knowledge about navigating the complications of finding doctors, making appointments, providing transportation,masking insurance decisions and managing Medicare and Medicaid. Through it all, the managerial staff have guided me in the right directions in warm and friendly way.
I want to share about the work ethic of CNA Reyes. I find her to be more than efficient, kind and sensitive to my needs. When giving me my showers she has been very helpful making sure all areas are thoroughly cleaned, she is gentle and very willing to go above and beyond with a joyful spirit. I have been a resident at San Gabriel for 11 months and Reyes has been helping me ever since.
San Gabriel provides excellent nursing care, three freshly made hot meals a day and outstanding nurses, aides, and rehab therapists. I feel fortunate that my family chose this facility for me after looking into other options. I highly recommend the facility for your loved one, should you need it.
Amazing staff and great care! The team is kind, patient, and truly dedicated to the residents. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care.
