Very clean, no odors! Such a wonderful little facility located so beautifully in front of Woodlawn Lake. The recent remodeling changes look amazing. I love that it is an all women facility.

it's a great facility

This is an older facility but they take wonderful care of your loved ones. My mother-in-law had Alzheimer's and spent a few months here before she passed. They treated her with such dignity and respect. She was always clean and wearing fresh clothes. I bought her a little radio and they made sure to leave it on for her so she could listen to her Christian music all day. I am so appreciative of what they did for us and the great care she received.

Small facility providing long term or short term care. Private pay, Medicaid , Medicare and Medicaid pending accepted. Ladies live in a community that feels more like home to them.

They don’t pay their vendor bills. My sister has a nurse staffing agency and provided them nurses. They never paid any of their invoices after utilizing their staff. They knew she was a small business and used this to their advantage. This company should be ashamed of themselves! You had a contract in place and you should have paid them while getting donations and sponsorships. Terrible.!!

This place is absolutely amazing. My mom has been there for about a week and they were so accommodatit's such an open door Poli see and I love their philosophy.

The administration of The Sarah Roberts French Home was great. They kept me informed a lot. The nurses were nice, but the main nurse was horrible. They told me they could handle my mom, but apparently, they could not. That nurse was already wanting to kick her out, not even within a week. Other than that the home was very clean.

Christina Norton, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.A nurse?Soo,your own words, stated,"I haven't even passed meds yet !I been charting" But...this was spoken at around 2 am and your shift started at 10pm,so within 4 hours you didn't have time to pass prescription medication to those residents because you were busy harassing an agency CNA and watching television up front. Two hour window on passing meds.Charting?I pray you weren't lying while charting, stating you distributed those meds when in fact you did not, which you clearly admitted to doing..As a nurse you don't see the medication error in this picture because I sure do.I hope the next nurse knows not to fall victim to your carelessness and distribute more medications. Its obvious "you don't care" because those words were also spoken out of your mouth. Its people like you that keep staff shortages an issue in healthcare. You a Crackerjack nurse,it's like you opened a box of Crackerjacks and the prize was a nursing lisences and unfortunately, you decided to use them instead of doing what you really wanted to do in life, and that's be a stand up comic because everything about you is a joke, only it's not funny because the care of people's family is in your hands!Nurses are suppose to care about people and the words you spoke out loud in that facility proved you suck at your job.you are a disgrace!
