My family has been very happy with Seasons for my grandmother. She not only has excellent care, but the staff has been a wonderful resource for us as well.Vanessa is a wonderful and caring manager, and has been a great resource and pillar of strength for my grandmother and mom. I am very happy with Vanessa’s care team, and after being a part of the Seasons’s family for over four years, I can personally say that they make a difference.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this senior living facility’s owner Mona Talukdar has been incredibly disappointing. The level of customer service is far below what you would expect, especially in a place that’s supposed to care for seniors and their families. The owner comes across as dismissive and arrogant, often acting as though they are above addressing concerns simply because they run the business. Instead of listening or showing empathy, they tend to brush off legitimate issues and make you feel like your concerns don’t matter. When you’re trusting a facility…

When you’re trusting a facility with the care of loved ones, professionalism and compassion should be the bare minimum—but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case here. I strongly suggest the owner take a step back and remember that respect and humility go a long way, especially in this line of work. I would not recommend this place based on the poor customer service and the owner’s attitude alone.

Unprofessional and rude leadership who don't understand the basic rules of law. They'll feed your loved one sausage and ground beef for breakfast lunch and dinner for a MONTH (unhealthy for anyone but deadly for the elderly!) if they catch a good deal. No one eats the food and basic rights of residents are ignored to keep the paychecks running. They threatened to turn away EMS when my loved one was unresponsive. Others are drugged up and infantilized. Ignore at your peril.

If your loved one needs a Memory Care, Season's, Mona,Mata and Cathy are caring, thoughtful and communicate and respond promptly. The staff is kind and caring. No facility is perfect....however they truly make an effort to maintain dignity and respect for your Loved One's. I repeatedly saw the kindness and respect shown to my husband and my concerns. We had few complaints and are moving to a smaller facility, as my husband is transitioning a smaller facility works best for our family. He is completely immovable and no longer needs a security lockdown facility.

This is a small facility that is all around what we were looking for. It is quiet and clean. It's like walking into a family members home, not an impersonal memory care unit. The staff keeps me up to date and my Mom is thriving. Highly recommend it.

Too many people tied into Gerry chairs and most looked doped up. My dad was doped so much that he would fall asleep standing up on the way to the bathroom. His cognition improved when he was moved.

Rooms are very home like... Buildings are always clean and staff is always welcoming when I visited. They pay attention to your loved one and help them throughout their day. I couldn't see my loved one anywhere else. They offer OT/PT in building...staff in Building 2 loved my grandpa so much. Thank you for caring for him.

I had been researching memory care options due to the possibility of moving my mother from her current MC facility (out of state) to one in SA Seeing that Seasons MC received recognition for the last 5 consecutive years for the best staff to patient ratios in south Texas caught my attention, as staffing has been a constant challenge in my mother's current environment Another significant feature is the availability and use of safety devices appropriate for each resident I met directly with the owner (Mona) at several of her locations and found them all clean, airy, and bright All staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering my many questions and concerns I was especially happy to learn how Seasons can supporta resident that experienced hospitalization, providing specialized nursing services that may allowa direct return to their home at Seasons, thereby avoiding an intermediate stay in a SNF or Rehab facility Having just experienced my mother require a transfer from hospital to rehab for a few weeks before returning "home" , this is very important to me I investigated many local MC facilities, but none (in my opinion) that offer better hands on care for their loved one
