My uncle was just there the staff was terrible. They couldn't be bothered to try and order the armrest for his wheelchair. One of the staff held one of his arms while the other took my uncle's arms and made him hit himself with it. My uncle is 72 and has cerebral palsy . His bed sores are to the bone from not being properly cleaned. He was for only a few weeks . He is back in the hospital. He won't be going back there.
The staff miss treated my Uncle. They are rude especially the nurse in charge. He was left no wheelchair
I visited this facility last week and was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone was attentive and made sure I felt comfortable. The care they provide to their patients is clearly a top priority, and it shows in the thoroughness and compassion they demonstrate.
This place is nothing like the photos or the reviews. Soon as you walk in the door it smells like urine and mold. Walls show signs of water leaks. There are no plugs to use phone charger, a bathroom with now shower stall and you have to share a room with someone else. Old furniture, one tv and one chair. Do Not bring your family member here.
I’ve seen how dedicated and caring the staff truly are. Residents receive personalized, respectful care every day. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The residents well-being comes first. This facility definitely provides 5-star service!
This is a great facility and staff! They work hard and take great care of the residents.
This facility has had different owners for a year and a half now. The staff are great; the residents get great care and will verify it anytime. In November 2024, the state gave the facility a five-star rating after talking with residents during their survey. That rating can be found at the CMS website. In January 2025, Newsweek gave Beltline HC the title of the Best Nursing Home in Garland and one of the best in the state of Texas. There have been many happy residents and family members since the new company took over. Their heart and dedication show every day.
I went to Senior Care Beltline. Parking was bad. It was warm and family-friendly there, but the place is small. I can't see myself and my whole family sitting in there when they visit. The staff members were pretty friendly. The building didn't have any funny smell to it. It was nice and clean. Everything looked in order.
