4.4 · 20 reviewsI would score 5 on all except #6 because I don't know about the food but I understand my mom eats well so I'm sure it's a 4 at least :) [name removed] the owner is wonderful to work with at Senior Haven Assisted Living. She works with the family to make sure we are all working together for our parent. I can't share much although that the staff engages with my mom and they roll her hair and paint her nails and keep her looking pretty and clean.
Love the care my mother is receiving, Do to my mother memory the facility keeps my mother calm and safe. I appreciate that she has a nurse that calls and gives me updates on my mother status And is available for any questions
The staff is great! They are so extremely kind and caring with my mom. The facility is also kept super clean, and so is my mom! I would definitely recommend Senior Haven to others looking.

Our loved one and family have had a great experience with Senior Haven Assisted Living. The staff and director are extremely compassionate, attentive, and loving. The community is always clean when we visit. Everyone seems to be friendly. Overall, this is a community we would recommend. They treated my mother like she was their own. The director, Mary, promised me she would take care of my mom and she fulfilled that promise. I trust them and would highly recommend them!
Our mother was place here just after the hospital stay. The staff is sweet, but inconsistent. They messed up her meds. The hospice nurse and the owner seemed to have an arrangement. Over priced for bad food and poor conditions. Our mother likes to have conversations with people, but she did not want to leave her room because the other residents where nonverbal. Her welcome pack from the hospice folks disappeared once the facility received it.
The staff care about my loved one very much. I've been able to do my everyday activities, go to work, etc. without any worry. Mother is getting meals, she's getting bathed, and her medications are given to her properly.
