I wanted to make sure that I had dialed the right number, so I asked very politely, "Hello, who is this?" because I expected someone to answer the phone with the business name and the name of the person answering the phone. The very rude response I received was, "You called me, so who is this?" When I tried to explain that I was attempting to call a business and needed to verify who I was talking to before possibly giving personal, PHI, and HIPAA data to an unknown/unidentified party, I was hung up on. Called today. A woman answered with "Hello?" I wanted to make sure that I had dialed the right number, so I asked very politely, "Hello, who is this?" because I expected someone to answer the phone with the business name and the name of the person answering the phone. The very rude response I received was, "You called me, so who is this?" When I tried to explain that I was attempting to call a business and needed to verify who I was talking to before possibly giving personal, PHI, and HIPAA data to an unknown/unidentified party, I was hung up on. Subsequent calls also resulted in immediate hang-up without even a hello or any type of response. If you have staff that can't answer the phone properly, why would I trust you to care for my loved ones properly? If I can't even get information about your services or facility when I call because your staff decided to have an attitude, you are obviously not the place I am looking for. Also, I am not the first person to report this on Google, so apparently this is a recurring issue that the management/ownership has chosen to completely ignore or hasn't adequately taken care of the personnel issue they obviously have.
Best place for assisted living. Would recommend.
I will recommend anyone with family who needs care for their loved ones to check out this company. They’re nice and a friendly environment. Their employees are nice and kind. The place is really clean the rooms are nice. Also they serve really good meals to their clients. I’ll give it a 10/10. If you’re looking for a place well you found it here.

Senior Link Assisted Living is the BEST place next to your home where your loved one can live and enjoy a safe and loving quality of life. They treated my mom with such dignity, love, and care while she was with them. We really appreciate how attentive they were to her. It is a small facility with well trained care takers on staff who actually care for your loved one. They will help you connect with the right medical workers as well to bring in the care your loved one needs. I highly recommend Senior Link for elderly care! They are the best!
