Serenity Springs Senior Living at Cypress

Exceptional care and safe accommodations. My mother needed respite care for a few days, thankfully we found Serenity Springs. I’m not a trusting person by nature, but Joan’s warm, friendly and gentle demeanor put me at ease at our first meeting. We’ve tried facilities for respite care and while they are equipped with ancillary staff, details in mother’s care were often left unmet. Joan provided healthy and delicious meals, a clean and cozy environment where mom felt safe. This was an improvement over crowded and noisy facilities which often confused and scared mom. We are beyond pleased and grateful to have found Serenity Springs. To say that I highly recommend is an understatement.

There are truly no words to fully describe how incredible our experience at Serenity Springs Senior Living was — but I’ll try. After my mom was admitted to the hospital, my sister and I were completely overwhelmed trying to find quality end-of-life care that was also affordable. We visited countless places that were either too expensive, lacked proper care, or fell short on cleanliness and facilities. Serenity Springs was different from the moment we walked in. The home is immaculately clean and always smells fresh. There are never more than a handful of residents, which means the care is truly one-on-one. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every resident is comfortable, cared for, and at peace — and that made all the difference for our family. A special mention must go to Joan, who was an absolute angel throughout our mom’s entire stay. Her warmth, compassion, and attentiveness during such a difficult time meant more to us than words can express. The road leading up to finding Serenity Springs was chaotic and heartbreaking, but finding this place was a genuine blessing. Our mom spent her final days in a clean, loving, peaceful environment — and our family will be forever grateful for that. I cannot recommend Serenity Springs highly enough.
