My mother was admitted today at 2pm from Baylor centennial with instruction after a hip replacement. It is 8:49pm she has not been given no pain meds, no raised toilet, no safety belt to be found and bed lowered to the floor. I will be requesting a transfer immediately. I had to sit at the nurses station and demand it. Her nurse was on break so no one else could administer this until he got back. This is ridiculous!!!! I could not imagine leaving my mom here for 10 days!! Wound up getting my mom transferred immediately. Bad part was insurance United Healthcare took 4 days to get approval for…

I could not imagine leaving my mom here for 10 days!! Wound up getting my mom transferred immediately. Bad part was insurance United Healthcare took 4 days to get approval for transfer but the facility wouldn’t provide transfer of my mom I had to arrange it myself. I was willing to do whatever I could. To be clear I may have posted this little tid bit elsewhere but the nurse who admitted my mom was under influence of alcohol. We made sure the case worker and manager knew!! Don’t send your family here!! They need a whole new overhaul of staffing and management!! Until then it’s not safe!
Very nice facility and grounds with a courtyard.
I had a great time doing my schooling at this facility. They were very helpful and allowed us to get as much of our check list completed through the time we were here. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to learn here.
I love this place! i had a pretty good experience overall and it was something i’m glad i got to experience!
I love this place!! Awesome staff!! Great care!!
Beautiful building with bunnies in the courtyard and friendly staff
Caring staff
Brought my father here after getting his pacemaker removed at the hospital. I specifically told the admissions lady of my expectations, especially through the night, as most skilled nursing facilities have poor nighttime service. She reassured me all would be fine and if there was a problem to notify the director. First night in, no one came to check on him after multiple attempts to call nursing. He couldn’t even get to the bathroom by himself and no one brought a urinal for him to use. Liaison tried to sell me on the facility a the coordinator had an excuse for every concern I had upon my arrival to check on him. The most compassionate employee was the social worker - who not only apologized but made sure our home health was set up correctly. This industry as a whole is poorly run and needs to be much better for the elderly in this country.
