They lost all my belongings my mother's ashes my my bath soap my readers and a lot of food

1 star is for Vida she is very rude. Everyone else is great but Vida needs a new job where she doesn't have to deal with the public.

They don't check on all their patients or even help them get out bed one smelled dead and they told me they werent

This place is amazing! Has great staff that love to help the residents, very clean, and the place itself just looks very open and approachable! Administration is amazing and does everything they can to make life better for the older people!
