4.4 · 33 reviewsMy Mom was there for over seven months after surgery. We were welcomed with smiles and open arms. Christy and the team there are the best! She went out of her way to make Mom feel comfortable, like she was at home, and well cared for. They keep busy there during the day always doing something for the residents. There are different room size options with nice decor. Caregivers are knowledgeable and hands on. I would highly recommend.

She went out of her way to make Mom feel comfortable, like she was at home, and very well cared for. Caregivers are knowledgeable and hands on.

Nice neat and organized
Six Plams is A Wonderful place we work from the heart to keep our resident Happy and Comfortable. When you come to Six Plams its like being at home with Family.
Wonderful place. The staff is constantly cooking and cleaning to provide for their tenants. Plenty of room. Excellent staff that is dedicated to the individual needs.
I don't have no one there but I live closer and every time that i past through there it looks peaceful and clean at all it looks verry nice .. keep up 🤗
I felt like this community should have been a lot cheaper due to some of the things that I had to do during the hurricane to help my loved one myself. I do feel like if they are going to do this type of care that they should have a generator to help the residents and that they should have been more prepared., Overall the staff are good and helpful and whenever my loved one is sick they don't hesitate to reach out.
