I NEVER write reviews. However, I had a lady at the front desk hang up the phone on me when I asked about certain insurance carriers she accepts. I was asking because a friend of mine was in coma and we need a place to send him for rehab. I needed to be certain which carriers they do, and do not accept because we cannot afford high out of pocket cost. She seemed irritated by my questions and hung up the phone. I pray these calls are recorded because I was not rude at all. I literally looked at my phone in shock after she hung up on me. I don't know her name, but I called on 10/17/2025 at…

Very VERY unprofessional.

My grandmother's purse went missing with no explanation and the is Black bruise on her back the size of a platter with no documentation as to what happened.... Workers that steal from patients deserve the worst kind of karma! Shame on them!

My mother works here and I’ve heard great things about this facility. Being a nurse myself and strong patient advocate, it’s really nice to know this facility provides exceptional care

Great job Vicky and her coworker. I can’t remember her name I’m sorry. These two ladies put their job skills to a test on their lunch break!!! Thank you we need more kind and helpful people in this world!!! When I turned around the first person I saw was Vicky and her coworker flying in action.

Visited my uncle today and it was good to see a smile on his face and he was actually joking and cutting up like his old self! Thank you so much!

Excellent administration and focus on the residents and their welfare.
