Southeast continues to improve and the staff are friendly. The facility is very family oriented. I would most definitely recommend
Our family is grateful for this team of professionals from the cleaning staff to the physicians. My mother's health has improved tenfold and is receiving the best treatment and care. During our visits, there are always events/activities while ensuring personal attention. Her room and facilities are clean. They take pride in their residents.
Facility has a great team and very friendly. Staff works well together and very supportive. -Family of a resident at Avir at Southcross
The treatment team at this facility has been great as far as helping me get my loved one home. Michelly is the social worker there. She is so kind. She checks on my loved one and makes sure she's okay. She always returns my calls. She prays for my loved one. Jodie is with the physical therapy team. Her team has helped my loved one greatly with therapy. Thank you Tere for all your help. You always return my calls. Thank you Dawn for the good communication as far as meds.
Excellent staff!!!

Dirty facility with uncaring administration, nurses who do nothing, terrible food, unanswered call lights, and residents yelling for hours.
The reason I put a one because when my dad was there and it says I’m actually a certified nursing assistant when it was terrible there was a lady that we walked in and she was peeing and everybody of the staff was laughing. Also, they Cna‘s weren’t professional I had to stay overnight with my dad because one of the Cna‘s was pushing not pushing but forcing him to get up to go to the bathroom which he does not know what they were saying so since I was there, I asked the unit manager and deal with if my dad needs anything Care I would do it. I would never ever put in love when I get there. It is ugly filthy stinky I do not advise nobody to put their family there. They’re the ones that had the Covid that lost a ladder residence there.
