I wish I could give this horrible place a 0-star rating and more, it doesn't even begin to capture the horrible experience. After my brother visiting my 85-year-old aunt who was only there for rehab, he was appalled by the horrible treatment she received. My brother and other families, as well as staff members, witnessed numerous incidents and still, no one took action. I truly hope the state takes immediate action or shuts this place down for good. Even those who have worked there or had family members there have shared similar horrific experiences, describing them as horrible. It's…

Even those who have worked there or had family members there have shared similar horrific experiences, describing them as horrible. It's heartbreaking to think that the residents have to endure such treatment. The staff's negligence is evident in their failure to assist residents, not even taking them to the restroom after being asked, and not even moving them.
I was there about 5 days in September of this year. Most of the employees are good. It’s like any workplace. You’re going to have some employees that don’t follow the rules. Those employees are Not going to change. They like that kind of life. There’s a saying in Spanish: “les gusta la mala vida!!” That’s reality in our Hispanic culture. “They give a bad name for the rest of Us!” Then We have the good workers. Their focus is their job. They have a different attitude, mannerism, they’re kind, they have a beautiful smile and they greet very well. Unfortunately, the building needs a renovation.…

I am so Grateful to the staff of Spanish Meadows for the excellent care they provided my mom. They were friendly, polite and very attentive of all my mom’s needs. The Director of Nursing Joe and Nurse Alicia answered all our questions with respect and a positive attitude they were so helpful. Their professionalism and knowledge was evident. I cannot recommend Spanish Meadows highly enough, they will go above and beyond to make sure their residents will feel right at home.
Excellent Service and Care!

Mother lived alone over a year and a half after Dad passed away, and both her physical and emotional health plummeted. Another family member was already a resident at The Meadows and was thriving. After several falls, some of which led to the ER, but none of which resulted in serious injuries, Mother agreed that the move was in her best interest. It's only been a week, but there is a huge change in her demeanor. Even her doctor immediately noticed. She's found old friends and is making new ones. She is treated with kindness by the staff that supports her and us, her family. She is in a spacious two-room suite that receives regular housekeeping. We look forward to seeing her progress in the years to come.
