Resident & family reviews

I would definitely give them 0 if possible. Very unprofessional staff. They don’t care, they don’t answer the phone. Real quick to call for approval of medicine. My FIL was always falling here, neglected. Recently moved to a new facility & now has cancer that is too late to control. Don’t send your family members here if you want real care.

Administration has come into their sister facility and rob everyone of their Jobs after being shutdown . Terminating everyone with the excuse of going down a different route. Also lying and telling the prior staff that they have nothing to worry about . Very very disgraceful HIGHLAND PARK IS THE NEW SPRING BRANCH WE NEED HELP BEFORE IT GETS WORSE !

I also tried getting her death certificate and harris county clerks says where did they file my mothers death certificate or did they even do it

If I could I would give this place 0 stars!!! I spoke to the administrator recently and he was rude ash. Thus place is a joke, they don't care about none of the elders. My grandparent stays here and they treat him like trash, the food they bring him recently is disgusting, they don't try to show care at all. None of the employees or the administrators are great. This place needs to be shut down.

No stars are an understatement. Close the doors quick. This is an awful place. They have roaches crawling around nats flying around the patients food. They don't change the residents. A lady took her pamper off because it was wet and she was just walking around. These residents need help ASAP

My Dad is here and as a nurse, I can say I am very happy with the care he is receiving. The staff is friendly, professional and caring. His health has improved tremendously in two weeks. The social worker, Flo rocks! She has been such an advocate for my Dad and our family.

If i could give it zero stars, I DEFINITLY WOULD!!!! HORRIBLE,TERRIBLE PLACE. I SAW MALE GIVING A BATH TO FEMALE PATIENT, W/O SUPERVISION. I stayed and watch because it was my loved one. None of the staff tried to assist, the nurse, Timmy, Tammy what ever the hell her name is just said to patient, hurry up, we don't have all day!!!! All they do is sit at the nurses station on the phone all day, not attending to clients! Anything could happen to them, and they wouldn't give a damn!

Great nursing home staff are very friendly
