4.3 · 24 reviewsI was here for rehabilitation from surgeries and the staff here and in the therapy department were top notch h they made sure I was well taken care of care of and looked after while I was there the entire staff from the office all the way to the cooks very friendly and caring for everyone. If I ever have to go to one for any reason I. The future it will be be this one hands down o really appreciate the care from the entire staff here

OK, let me just say i I don’t make a first good impression Myself! my first impression of this place wasn’t good but now that I’m come and spent all day here these people are fantastic. Jennifer and the 2 Melissas e worked theirbutt off and put up with a lot of stuff that i couldn’t handle . I believe. , it’s a friendly, clean closely knit style, Community oriented center. my aunt his everything she needs plus some! My aunt she forgets what she’s taking and what she had and she has an anxiety attack so as well, but everything seems OK and the ladies talk to me and help me out assure me that…

Summit Care in San Augustine is an amazing facility! They have a full time respiratory therapist for trach and vented residents and the staff is very knowledgeable! They are attentive to their long-term and skilled patients needs to make sure that they have the best experience possible. If you are looking for a facility for you or a loved one, go and take a tour of the facility, talk to some of the staff, have conversations with the residents that are there!
Great facility!! Very responsive to patient needs, while providing exceptional care! Wonderful Rehab program with loving staff!

It was good
The CNAs and Nurses were very polite. My mom was in great spirits, she was clean, and although I was done wrong by administrative staff, my mom was good! Long as she's good..im great. Ohh and i didn't look at any paperwork as they say i did last time. It's a shame that im gone but still being spoken on. News travel by word of mouth. Negative and positive. God bless those lost souls.
