Resident & family reviews
4.8 · 24 reviewsSun City is an exceptional place to build a quality home and become a resident. The build process was well managed to meet an on time closing. After moving in, the community has so many facilities and activities that make living here an exciting proposition. I highly recommend Sun City!!
The houses here are by Pulti Homes. They are well built with the latest technology. I am going to lower my utilities bill a great deal with this new house. There is something for everyone to do here.
Very good experience

Working with Patrick had been a pleasure. He consistently exceed expectations once we changed over to Patrick as our project warranty manager. Patrick was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and very patient with us/ME. He was never pushy and genuinely worked to find the best available Trade to fit our schedules. Highly recommend!!! When you close on home and a warranty manager has been assigned…please ask for Patrick.
We are extremely pleased with our new home! The quality of the build, the communication that we received and the willingness of the sales and construction team to accommodate our requests was very much appreciated. Our construction manager Ben was a real pleasure to work with. His patience, knowledge and pride in the work that was being done was truly wonderful. Update 3/7/26: We have been in our home for 1 year now! We absolutely love it! We feel the home was built with quality and excellence. Our customer service support has been stellar. We had a few items that needed to be addressed after moving in and they were taken care of within a few days after submitting the tickets. With each service request, there was immediate follow-up by Pulte to make sure everthing was taken care of and met our expectations. We had a home inspection just prior to our 1 year mark. There were minimal items that needed attention. Pulte took care of everything within a few weeks and again followed up afterwards to make sure everything was fully addressed. Sun City is amazing. There is so much to do between the activity centers, the golf courses, pickleball courts, every club imaginable, and live music events. We are so happy we chose this community for our home. We are truly blessed!
Out of the 5 previous homes we have built, building this beautiful Pulte home was Absolutely the best experience we have ever had from beginning to end. Pulte knocked it out of the park! Thank you! Roy and Denise Kelly
Absolutely love this community, my neighbors & all the amenities!
Beautiful homes for senior citizens. Perfect for entertaining small groups of people. There are many activities that have. Been organized by the neighbor hood association. The original selling price might seem like a bargain, but upkeep can be expensive.
