4.5 · 118 reviewsThe SRHC has a fabulous supportive staff the financial lady does very good explaining the complex paperwork and the intake lady also did a wonderful job making the transition to full care much easier .the care staff are able to help my very independent minded aunt adjusting to her limited mobility and help raise her spirits ..they have continued to offer her suggestions which has kept her cheerful and she has even joined a coffee group of ladies each morning. They are fantastic,! I have had experience with other facilities in the city and have to say SunValley is the top of the list with care…

Once initially registered, it's easy in and out when visiting loved ones. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Very clean receptionist was very nice and her explanation how to use that machine restrooms are very clean the facility is very clean smells very good all staff was just exceptional

My mother resided at Sun Valley for approximately 2 years. Our family ended up moving out of town, and that is what ended her stay there. The Sun Valley property is clean, open, nice looking, and well taken care of, with several areas inside and out for visiting. My mom liked the food, activities (the social coordinator is the best), her room, and the people providing her care. She also enjoyed interacting with the other residents. She had some PT while she was there, and that was a very positive experience too. We had regular meetings with the care team and everyone (nurses, records, front desk, social coordinator, billing) was easy to work with and answered all our questions on the phone and in person. We appreciated that she was able to receive so many services onsite in addition to the PT, like hair cuts, nail trimming, flu shots, checkups, and use of a van for offsite appointments. Sun Valley also did a great job helping us coordinate the move to my Mom's new location with all the protocols and transferring paperwork that was involved in the process. Thank you, Sun Valley, for taking such great care of Mom and for being so pleasant to work with.
My friend has been there for years. I have stopped by to visit her from time to time and the Staff is always kind caring & always have a smile on their faces. The place is very very clean. No smell of urine.
Place is nice and clean, patients have their good space in their room, and staff was so courteous and so kind❤️
This is the absolute Best Nursing Home hands down. As an RN for 40 years, and have been in a lot of nursing homes these guys are top notch. Very attentive and curious and respectful
