4.5 · 2 reviewsSo far things have been pretty good. Everyone is very friendly. My only suggestion would be maybe some deodorizer, or air freshener, it might help. I have nothing negative to say, they have been wonderful to my loved one. They have taken very good care of him. I liked the location, and having home care come in rather than the traditional nursing home.
It's been wonderful. My mom is thriving and doing well there. I have to suppliment some things that I think, for the cost, I shouldn't have to suppliment like all the incontinent supplies. As far as improvements, I think hiring a 3rd caregiver to cover the weekends might help because the caregivers now work so much that I'm afraid they might get burned out or leave to work somewhere else. The care is great - they don't slack on that at all. It's a good environment and they're very compassionate young women.
