Tender Care Home has been a really good experience, the staff members are very good about keeping up constant communication with our family and they do a great job interacting with all the residents. Our loved one is not the biggest fan of the food they make only because they are not used to it, but it looks good to us. Based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.
We really like the cleanliness of the community and Tender Care Home is in a nice location. The owners are very communicative and never hesitate to reach out to us regarding any concerns or updates with our loved one. The value for the money is excellent, we know she is very well taken care of and it gives us that peace of mind. We really like the staff and how the staff are scheduled throughout the week
This is a great place for your loved ones to go to. The only concern would be the activities, I wish they offered more for the residents to partake in. The staff communication is good with the family, I'm able to get ahold of them anytime. Medication Management, hygiene, bathing, and dressing assistance is some of the care offered. It is a smaller community with only 5 rooms.
We have been very happy with everything so far. We looked at several other communities and this one by far stood out, and we just have loved it from the beginning.
It's a decent place to bring your loved one. I would recommend doing continuous pop-up visits and being present. In the time that our loved one has been there, I think they do an okay job. The only drawback is I think the staff could speak better English. Sometimes their dialect is kind of hard to understand.
My mother-in-law seems to really like it. She is doing great!
Although it has 7 bedrooms for the residents, the common living area is not very big and they appeared to be cramped in front of the TV. [Removed] was very nice and was able to accommodate me scheduling a later time and is willing to work with us on VA. Will keep this group home in mind when making a decision.
It is a good place to see. I did not smell any odors and it seemed clean to me. The community is distant from my home so I did not choose it. But the price is good.
