Terra Bella is a nice clean facility . Administrator is very knowledgeable and caring about residents . The staff is professional and caring . Therapy team is great .

I am currently a resident at Terra Bella Health and Wellness Center, and I felt it was important to take a moment to share my experience. From the very beginning, I have been treated with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. The nursing staff here is truly exceptional. The nurses are attentive, knowledgeable, and consistently go the extra mile to make sure that every need is met. They don’t just do their jobs, they show real concern for your well-being and recovery. The nurses aides are just as commendable. They are patient, compassionate, and always willing to help, no matter how big or small the request may be. Their positive attitudes make a real difference on a daily basis. I also want to recognize the administration. It’s clear that there is a strong culture of accountability and compassion that starts at the top and flows throughout the entire facility. Mrs. Washington and her team are organized, responsive, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive environment for everyone here. A special thanks to Ms. Mitchell for helping the process of me being here. She's always available to speak with you. What stands out the most is how intentional everyone is about helping patients get better. There is a clear focus on recovery, encouragement, and dignity. You’re not treated like just another patient—you’re treated like a person whose health and comfort truly matter. I can honestly say I have no complaints. My experience has been positive across the board, and I am grateful for the level of care I’ve received. I would highly recommend Terra Bella Wellness Center to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long-term care for themselves or for a loved one.

I can’t say enough good things about this Terra Bella Facility, conveniently located just steps from Pearland, TX and a quick drive to the Medical Center. Marilyn Mitchell, the admissions director, is absolutely fantastic—so personable, professional, and experienced. The whole environment feels like a boutique hotel—fresh and welcoming every time I step inside. Linda at the front desk is a treasure—friendly and warm. The leadership team is exceptional. I highly recommend this place!
My uncle was recently admitted to this facility, and I just want to take a moment to share how positive our experience has been so far. From the very beginning, Ms. Marilyn, the admissions coordinator, was absolutely amazing. She was pleasant, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout. Her communication was excellent, she followed up when needed and made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Ms. Marilyn’s knowledge of the facility and services provided really stood out. She made sure I understood everything available to my uncle and reassured me that he would be well cared for. In addition, the facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming environment. That gave me peace of mind knowing my uncle is in a safe and comfortable place. Overall, I truly appreciate the level of care, professionalism, and attention we received, especially from Ms. Marilyn. She made a lasting impression, and I’m grateful for her support during this transition.
I love my mom so much so I was really scared about placing her anywhere. Ms. Marilyn basically handheld me through the process of getting my mom admitted so bless her so much. Everyone I met seemed nice and Mom thinks so too so I'm not worried much anymore.
Many thanks for the staff here! Ms. Marilyn dealt with all my questions and everything went really lovely. I've never had to home a family member but I feel really good that Dad will be well here, it's clean and nice and the other patients seemed very well too!
Lovely here. Ms. Marilyn was real helpful and answered our billion questions, admission was easy, and they give us plenty follow ups so we know our mother's been taken well care of here
