If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't let the pretty building fool you. My mother-in-law and her companion were here briefly. There were problems nearly every day. There were issues with nutrition and food scarcity, unprofessional staff, staff not getting paid and sleeping on the job, crooked and chaotic management and little to no service provided. There were times that I had to do their laundry and scrub their toilet. My mother-in-law is in assisted living because I, too, am disabled and can no longer care for her. If a woman that goes by "Dr. Gray" is there, know she is NOT a medical…

If a woman that goes by "Dr. Gray" is there, know she is NOT a medical doctor and her daughter Cassandra is just a mess acting like a hood rat on the job that doesn't know how to stay in her lane, which is a secretary. Stacy, the so-called owner doesn't own it, he leases the building and doesn't take care of business.
If I could give the community a 0 rating I would. This review is not based the community or the staff, this is strictly about the owners (Fran and Patrick). I went to visit a resident that reside in the community. I was there about an hour before Fran enter the room and to meet the resident, for the first time. Mind you, that the resident had been residing in her community for seven months already, but I digress. After that awkward encounter, the other owner Patrick barge in the room without knocking and proceed to yell and rant that I needed to leave the property. Not once did I get out of…

Mind you, that the resident had been residing in her community for seven months already, but I digress. After that awkward encounter, the other owner Patrick barge in the room without knocking and proceed to yell and rant that I needed to leave the property. Not once did I get out of character with either Fran or Patrick. I said my goodbyes to whom I was visiting. I was walking out of the community, with a family member and Patrick followed behind making remarks, to his staff, such as "that BLACK woman can not come into my community" "I'm going to call the police on her". Please keep in mind, all he know is my name, which I told him and my company name, which I also told him. The family I was visiting, was mortified at the least and was trying to apologize for what had happened. Patrick followed me out the door, and continue to spew threats and racial slurs. Patrick and Fran, if you treat your guest as such, I'm afraid of how you treat your residents and staff. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND a soul to your community!! People like yourself should not be allowed to work in healthcare, especially caring for the elderly. May God have mercy on your soul!!
I toured The Bellaire Senior Lodges. It was really nice. The staff were very accommodating. They work around my schedule. I don't live in Houston, so I really wasn't sure what time I could go, but they were available whenever I could tour. The rooms were really spacious and very clean. They were really nice. I didn't try the food, but it smelled good. The dining area was very nice. It was a really nice, beautiful property. All the rooms came with big TVs. The model room was really nice. They even offered the model room for my grandmother to live in. Everything was clean. They said that the…

Everybody was friendly and pleasant.
My husband is in the Bellaire Senior Lodges. It is very, very nice and is only two years old. We chose that location because he has a dog, and they're going to let him have his dog, but there's only a couple of places there that are allowed to have the dogs, because they're on the end. He has an end room that has a little patio and they're going to extend the fence area for his dog. But the rooms are very, very nice, it's very clean, and quiet. The owners are very nice, they're there every day. The owner works there, him and his wife, and they're like in their 70s. They're an older couple, but they still work. There's a nurse there at all times, and he's able to get help if he needs it. He still drives and he has his vehicle there. They have three meals a day, it's just a really nice facility. Whoever is interested, they need to go and look at it. The staff members are all really nice. They're always smiling, they speak to you like you're family. They even wanted me to come in and move in there. I'm not ready to, but he said I could get it. I haven't really eaten there myself, but he said they're all good, so I'll take his word for it. They have things like bingo and they have puzzles out on the table that you can put together. They have barbecues, because they have a nice patio with a barbecue grill. He is a veteran, so they will help you to try to get veterans aid to help pay for the rent. He's only like the second or third person in that wing, the rest of the rooms are empty, so there's plenty of room there.
My stepdad has been there over a year and he is very happy. He loves the food and the people and when your world is so small that's is most important.
My mom is at The Bellaire Senior Lodges. So far, it is fine. I have nothing bad to say about it, it is all fine. The staff is very attentive. They have a chef there, and the food always smells wonderful. I have heard really good comments about the food, too. The place is very clean, everything is fine, and I've got a good vibe. I would recommend it.
The Bellaire is a great place for your loved ones. The owners Patrick and Fran really go above and beyond the care of the residents. They do listen to the needs of the residents. Along with a good staff of caregivers and a great cook the residents have a great team of people.
We went to the The Bellaire Senior Lodges. The tour was ok and it's a beautiful place. I just didn't think it was a large enough place for my mother-in-law. The food smelled very good, but we didn't try the food. There was food on the stove and it looked like they hadn't cleaned it yet. We saw two of the rooms. They were very small for the amount of money. They had barbecues, a giant screen to watch movies, church services, puzzles, game nights, and it was nice.
