I needed help locating a particular blanket that is very special to my mother who is currently staying at the Bradford. Emily Kuritz the LVN went above and beyond to help me locate it. I'm glad you have employees like Emily who genuinely care about the well being of the residents. Thank you.......Dan Gatlin
I went to visit my Brother there, he was just transferred there Friday (3 days ago) everyone was very nice and the place was very clean,, he's doing so well there after a Stroke.
People beware I arrived here a 9pm at night after taking medical shuttle from Woodlands I choose this place for convince for my wife so that she didn't have to drive to the Woodlands to check on me, big mistake. After my 2 hrs drive with a bad back and neck and a recent knee replacement I needed pain medication the medication I took early was a 5pm I had requested medication and thought I would receive my BP and sleep medication shortly. It's now 7am the next day with no sleep a massive headache from high blood pressure and pain in my neck, back knee. Still no relief. I was told that there are…
People beware I arrived here a 9pm at night after taking medical shuttle from Woodlands I choose this place for convince for my wife so that she didn't have to drive to the Woodlands to check on me, big mistake. I was told that there are only three nurses and it may be awhile. This isn't even 12 hrs yet and I have seen any help. My advice would look for a better place to bring yourself to. This is not a medical run facility and if your are needing attention find some place else. Do listen to reviews they probably not real. .Still waiting BTW beds are hard blankets are thin and people just bust in your room.
I’ve had a great experience with The Bradford. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Christine Culli goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!
We’ve had such a positive experience with The Bradford at Brookside. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly treats residents like family. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and it gives us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such good hands. The nurses and caregivers go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. We are so grateful for the kindness, patience, and support they show every day. Highly recommend!
The Bradford at brookside is hands down the cleanest and the most caring facility I’ve ever been to in all of my nursing facility travels. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I talked to Christine while I was there she is extremely nice and very knowledgeable answered all my questions.
The staff is compassionate, professional, and attentive every single day. A special shoutout to Christine Culli in HR — she is an absolute gem! Christine went above and beyond to answer all our questions, ease our concerns, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and dedication truly stand out and made us feel supported like family.
The staff here is very comfortable ignoring patients. Mother in law needed to use restroom and buzzed the nurse waited 20 minutes. No one came while the buzzer was going off in the building. Called front office and still had to wait 10 minutes brought it up to the head nurse who said they will keep an eye out not ten minutes later mother in law had to use restroom again and guess what another 20 minutes before we had to go find someone to come and take care of her while the whole office is full playing on there phones
