The Brooks of Cibolo Senior Living

Our mom lived at The Brooks of Cibolo Senior Living for over three years, first in an independent living apartment for more than two years and later transitioning to assisted living. During her time at The Brooks, Mom made wonderful friendships and truly enjoyed the many amenities, activities, and opportunities available to her. It was gratifying to see her become part of the community and develop relationships that made The Brooks feel like home. The staff, both caregiving and administrative, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and compassionate. As Mom’s needs changed and she transitioned from independent living to assisted living, the familiarity and continuity of the staff made the transition much easier for Mom and gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. But what meant the most to us was the way Mom was treated—with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. We always felt that the people caring for her genuinely knew and cared about her. Our family is very grateful to everyone at The Brooks of Cibolo for the care, friendship, and support they provided Mom over the years as well as to our family. It became much more than a place where she lived; it became a community where she felt comfortable, connected, and cared for. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Brooks of Cibolo to families looking for a welcoming community with caring people and a high quality of life for their loved ones.

My dad joined the Brooks at Cibolo Assisted Living Community seven months ago. He’s a nonverbal stroke patient and from the moment he moved in we felt the professionalism and compassion that the entire staff has shown to my dad and our family. From the front desk, to the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff, the nurses, the administrators, and the residents, they all know my dad by name and treat him as a treasured part of their community.I enjoy the country club style of food choices for my dad and his visitors. The communication from the nurses and staff to our family is phenomenal and reliable. They take care of my dad’s personal needs with respect and in a timely manner.
