The Cesera 55+ Apartments

We toured The Cesera 55+ Apartments. What stood out was the grounds and a nice walking path. The apartment was roomy. I like the outside patio. There's a storage and closet on the patio. The grounds were beautiful, lots of trees, and the pool had a ramp for handicapped people. It's just really nice. The staff was very helpful and got me through the approval process and everything. It was good.

My tour experience at The Cesera 55+ Apartments was very disappointing. It was gloomy, dingy, and not well-kept. The staff who assisted me during the tour could be friendly at times, and at other times she was kind of distant. It's like she didn't have time. They showed me an apartment which was a 1-bedroom. The staff that I met can sometimes be friendly but other times unattentive.

My husband's cousin was looking for a senior care and we went to one called Primrose. What we liked about it was it was close to everything. There was a place to shop, and the stores were right there. They had a bus that would take you around shopping. The hospital was not far and our doctors were not far from them either. The staff was very nice and very cordial. We had a friend that lived there, and we went up to her apartment. It was spacious and clean. It was very quiet and safe in there.
