Was forced to put my mom here, she had a UTI, she went septic and unresponsive and wasn't eating wasn't getting up moving around period the nurses neglected her. I will not allow my mother or any other of my family members to ever go to Cambridge ever again. Cambridge is one of the worst places you could send your family Period there isn't enough nurses to ratio the patients they got period. This place was so awful. my dad was left with sores on him and staff was rude when you asked them questions before he passed there. They didn't care if he ate or not. He was there for rehab but they didn't push that. It was all of getting money etc. Picking up his things they was just thrown in closet like they didn't care.

It’s a horrible place. I would not take my dog to it. They stay on their iPhones and ignore when patients are calling for help. I asked the nurse in charge how they knew if a patient was calling for help and he could not answer. I’m sure they are the result of my friend’s mother passing. They need to be shut down and fined. She would have strangled had we not been there on a few occasions.

If I could rate this place no stars, I would. The amount of issues we have had since my uncle has came here has been insane. From the food, to being forced to sit in his diaper till after lunch when they’ve fed everyone and it’s convenient for them, is crazy. Now he has been sitting at dialysis for 2 hours now, waiting for the new transportation service to pick him up that they say he has to use because he is in this facility. It would be nice if they actually stuck to what they say they are doing, like sticking to the dietitian’s plan, or even checking up on him to where he doesn’t have to call me because his call light has been on for three hours and no one has checked on him. I’m so sad to have him here, we thought it was the same as The Concierge, but we were horribly wrong.

This facility is very clean. The look of the building is clean and nice and sets the tone of the care you get here. All the staff are friendly and nice and the rooms are spacious and refreshing. The food when I was there was tasty and fresh. Rehab helped me make progress and has a 5 star spacious gym!!

When my sister entered this facility we were both stressed, apprehensive and a bit concerned because her medical situation was serious and we knew that she was going to have a long road to recovery. Without my asking, Ben, the Facility Administrator reached out to me and gave me his private cell number and told me that he was available to address any concerns that we may have now or any time during her stay. My sister and I were immediately relieved that he cared, and that he wanted her to feel safe. I am grateful that my sister is recovering at this facility because it’s clean and it has such a nice ambience. The Staff is caring, warm, friendly and always has a smile on their faces. I sleep well knowing that my sister is recovering at this facility. Thank you for striving for excellence and please continue to keep your standards high.

The direct care nurses or assistants were awesome. The RN in charge of my floor would lie to her subordinates directly to them about my care and showering. It was shameful. The Physical Therapy was great as the therapist was always on it. The food was not very good at all. I got food poisoning while there. They often sit the food out of my reach, so I could not get to it. I would be very selective if I ever had to return.

The overall care on a daily basis is remarkable! This facility does a great job putting your mind at ease when you’re in a situation of needing rehab and getting better. This facility is clean and everyone is super nice and helpful A big part in healing is knowing your somewhere where your taken care of and this facility is exactly that! If there are any issues that arise it gets addressed and corrected right away
