I have been denied visitation based on information that is not true, and I have not been given any clear or legitimate reason for being kept away from her. As a result, my mother has gone long periods without any family contact, and no one is able to see her or verify her condition. My mother is currently in this facility, and I am extremely concerned about the lack of transparency and the way communication is handled. I have been denied visitation based on information that is not true, and I have not been given any clear or legitimate reason for being kept away from her. As a result, my mother has gone long periods without any family contact, and no one is able to see her or verify her condition. The staff communication is dismissive and inconsistent, and attempts to advocate for my mother are met with attitude instead of professionalism. My mother deserves compassion, respect, and regular contact with her family. No facility should block a daughter from seeing her own mother without valid cause. Families deserve honesty and access, not barriers and misinformation.
The grandma has been there for 7 months. This is not a normal care facility. This is more like one big family everyone that works there will make sure you and your guests are comfortable. I have seen nothing but top notch care and a loving staff. If you have a loved one that needs care this is the place where they can find some sort of peace in there lives and just take a rest at the cottages
Our mother recently moved to The Cottages at Danny Kaye and we couldn’t be happier. The facility is wonderful, the staff is skilled, and the Director has been fantastic during the transition. We feel blessed to have found this location and secure that our mother is in good hands.

My aunt received excellent care while there. As she was at her life's end, her greatest fear was that she would be moved elsewhere to die. The staff was very supportive to the end
My dad is a resident of The Cottages at Danny Kaye. His care has been excellent. He was in the assisted living portion, and we had to move him to memory care, and the caregivers have been excellent. He's now in hospice, and I couldn't be happier with the nurses who come in to check on him. So, I highly recommend it. I've been very pleased. The facility is very nice.
The caregivers at The Cottages on Danny Kaye memory care facility were exceptionally attentive, kind and professional in their care of my sister. During her short stay I was there every day and sometimes several times a day and at every visit each and everyone was awesome. My sister passed away while there and it was amazing how they took care of her with so much attention and dignity. They treated our family gently with compassion and sympathy. Five stars to the facility and all of the caregivers.
The cottages of Danny Kaye is a wonderful place to have your loved one at,staff is amazing, food is good and tasty and Management is great.
