Nice facility! If there has ever been an issue, it is addressed quickly!! Staff is great! They just need more staff!

The staff is wonderful, just there is a lot of turn over. So getting to know someone knew once you get used to the ones that had been there.
I live in California. [name removed] is so great and she's always there to talk to me about whatever I need. The facility is very clean. The staff is the nicest and caring professionals, they do a great job. I know that my sister is well taken care of there. I do wish the price included the meds, she cannot afford $[fee removed] meds.
What our family likes the most about The Cottages is the complete care they offer, we are a long distance away so this gives us that peace of mind. Based on the experience we have had so far, we do think we would recommend this community to other families.
My sister moved to The Cottages at Quail Creek. The staff is very caring and interested in helping and making my sister comfortable. The room is adequate. The maintenance is very good. The cost is not the most expensive that's why we chose it.
