I’ve had the opportunity to spend time at The Doliver in both a professional design capacity and through client relations, and every experience has been exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with genuine warmth and kindness. Every member of the team has made me feel truly welcome, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, it has always been given with a joyful heart and a willingness to help. The community itself is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and inviting while still feeling warm and comfortable. I’ve had the chance to visit several of the apartments, and they have consistently been immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly well laid out. It’s clear that great care is taken in maintaining both the community and the residents’ homes. What has impressed me most, however, is the people. The culture at The Doliver reflects compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving their residents with dignity and respect. Without hesitation, I would trust The Doliver with my own aging parents. That is the highest compliment I can give. I truly believe in this team, what they stand for, and the care they provide. If you’re looking for a beautiful community where residents are genuinely valued, I wholeheartedly recommend The Doliver.
The Doliver used to have great food. Unfortunately, now the food is slop. The quality of ingredients (especially meats) are poor. It seems as though they are really trying to cut costs. Hospital food is better.

The Doliver is a wonderful and beautiful community! We've had clients live there or currently reside there, and they consistently share positive feedback. Shannon, Kimberlyn, and the activities director truly stand out for their exceptional service and they truly care about the residents.. I will always recommend The Doliver to our clients and anyone seeking a great senior living, assisted living & memory care option.
I have lived at The Doliver since July, 2023. The physical structure and the myriad of amenities are impressive. Residents are enthusiastic about living here. Newcomers are welcomed and made to feel comfortable. I have formed lasting friendships and enjoy meeting new residents. The staff is focused on improving the lives of residents by listening to their needs and making changes where appropriate. For me, The Doliver is home. I simply love it here!
Beautiful place - Shannon McCleary was so helpful and patient with me!! She understands how to help families in a difficult situation like memory care.
I would give them a 10!!! I will say that my sister and our family are extremely pleased with the [name removed], all of their staff, the meals. the maintenance and the beautiful building and amenities! They care greatly about all of their residents!
