Huge shout out to Robert and The Staff over at The Eden of Las Colinas. He made sure my dad was receiving the complete care he needs from start to finish. The team especially Alicia and the other nurses make sure to call me and report ANY and All updates regarding my dad's care. Robert has also assisted me in making sure I complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner as to prevent any delay in my dad's benefits or insurance requirements allowing me to also focus on my needs as well. Thank you all for the support and love you have shown both my family and my dad. It really helps to have…

This is the same nursing home; just rebranded. Probably the same owners. My mother was in their care for 7 days in 2019 and died due to their negligence. I will never let this go. They left her in dirty diapers after she asked to be changed, didn’t give her her medicine on time, and when she was having an issue with her blood sugar and I asked the staff to have it checked, they didn’t, which resulted in her blood sugar dropping to nothing and her dying. The last thing she said to me was “please don’t leave me here alone with these people” 12 hours before she passed away. Robert said he was…

Robert said he was sorry for the “mixup” that ended up killing my mother. They were not sorry in the slightest. Her main nurse looked at me and said “awh, poor babies mama died.” And not in a sympathetic way. I paid over a thousand dollars to get her into the facility, she was gone within a week, and they believe they don’t owe me a refund nor reparations for the death of my mother. The person who calls himself the head administrator I guess, MR. KING is a useless man who not only makes false promises but never has any intention of keeping them. He will tell you whatever it is you want to hear so he can get you off the phone and get back to siphoning money from families. The entire facility smells like urine, there’s ants and roaches and nobody seems to see that as an issue. There are so many other issues I had with the facility in just the 7 DAYS my mother was there before the KILLED HER. If
What a gorgeous place!
Very nice people
Give this place a shot. Its old but we found the staff to be amazing. Modest (nurse) and Social Worker, Courtney were the best. Johnathan did a great job on our first visit by showing uas around. Kaylie and Rehab Dept. were excellent!
The front desk associate Jacob and the RN Modest that’s there mostly on the weekends when I come to visit they’re always pleasant and having a willing spirit kudos to them both.
The facility smells like fresh clean aromatherapy scent!!! From the front door throughout the facility smells fresh and clean.
Great facility with staff that genuinely care about the residents! Would definitely recommend to those looking for placement for their loved ones.
