The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living

This is a lovely community. Everything is clean, fresh, and new, and the staff are friendly are welcoming. We recently toured this facility looking for a place for our aging parents to live. They liked it so much they immediately put down a deposit.

My name is Ann, and I just love the community and amenities offered. I love the people I love that I can walk to the park or do as much or as little as I want. Anytime I need help I get it immediately. With the many talented people, classes and activities I'm never board. I am very impressed with the management staff everybody is knowledgeable and attentive. Especially John West in maintenance and Brad Rowe as our new Director. I recommend this community to anyone looking for independent senior living.

On my weekly visit, I was told today that my elderly mother had been without a working toilet for at least 4 days. I left a voicemail for the director, Brad Rowe, and received a call addressing the matter within the hour. I was so relieved that he agreed that a non-working toilet for an elderly resident is an urgent matter. Brad explained that my mother's toilet had indeed broken four days ago, but had been repaired by maintenance that same day. Today's incident was recent, and by the time Brad had returned my phone call, her commode had been repaired again. He promised that the maintenance person would stay on top of the matter and be responsive. I was disappointed that I had not received a phone call when the incident happened initially, but was relieved to know that the matter had been resolved immediately.

Move my mom to this facility in August 20 23, and since then they’ve lost her meds, they forced her down the stairs where she suffered a traumatic brain injury and a brain bleed. They have overdosed her on her narcotics and she had to go to the ED where they administered Narcan they have Lost her pills or said that they gave her her heart medication when they didn’t. They have lied about absolutely everything. The entire company is morally bankrupt and don’t be surprised when you’re met with complete and utter apathy from absolutely everyone except for maybe a few caregivers who give out the meds. This place is run by a completely deplorable And disgusting human beings Who deserve the same treatment as they are aging if you love your parent, don’t let him live here

The community was very beautiful. LeAnn was a pleasure to work with. We would have chosen the enclave but the non refundable fee was a bit much.
