My dad was here 6 years ago. I was pleased then and I am pleased each time I’ve returned to visit my loved ones. The staff is helpful and accommodating. The lobby is open and welcoming. Easy access and parking. I personally appreciate it is a recessed location that is not readily seen from the main road. Good for the security of the patients and visitors. Clean without the feel of institutionalized living quarters. Nice, bright and open. Room setup provides privacy for the resident when the door is opened as people walk down the hall. Friendly, helpful, courteous staff. Thank you for caring…

My husband is there. I have some compliance complaints. My husband is a diabetic and received regular sugar on his tray. Talked with several people. No response. My husband requires soft food which his tray looks like regular food. My husband was vomiting and I asked a aid for help. She left the never to return. My husband was sweating and throwing up.I can imagine the care he received when I'm not there. We choose this place because it came highly recommended.

I would like to personally thank the staff at the Enclave! The entire staff was simply incredible. My father in law was there for physical therapy and they had him up and moving around within a week of arriving. The administrator welcomed him on the first day there and answered all his questions. He mentioned the physical therapists were top notch. He is ex military and has high standards and the entire staff delivered. The community was clean and he said the food was great. So from the bottom of my heart i want to say Thank You!

Worse place ever! Stay with your loved ones 24/7 because they make too many mistakes. I stayed with my dad. Medications were mixed up twice that belonged to another patient. Thank goodness I was in the room to witness & interject. Numerous times out of barrier creams, out of clean sheets, towels, trash bags, late response to Red Button help. Assistant on several occasions would walk into room & turn off Red button light & walk out without providing diaper changes. Only a few I can count on one hand that truly were awesome & cared. The rest should not be in this field of work.

My dad was recently at The Enclave for two weeks, and my family was very pleased with the facility and the level of care he received. This is extremely important to us, as he has dementia. He is 88 years old and just got a pacemaker. I will say that everyone at The Enclave is extremely nice and helpful. I will mention Morgan, Sonya, Abraham, and Montserrat in particular. You all helped my precious family- especially my dad. Thank for caring about the people in your charge. You make a difference.

The Enclave is such a nice place. It is very clean and staff is friendly. I am so glad my friend was moved to this location.

This facility is peaceful, clean, and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The private rooms made it easier to recover and focus on my loved one's care. My 92-year-old mother stayed there after her hospital stay, and it was a positive, productive experience. I sincerely thank the care and rehab team for their support during this difficult time. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. They are well-organized and informative. I give five stars to this rehabilitation and skilled nursing center! Thank you so much!
