I’ve been very pleased with the care my husband receives at this memory care community. The facility is consistently clean and well-maintained—hallways, common areas, and his room always look and smell fresh, which gives me real peace of mind. The staff stand out the most. They are patient, kind, and genuinely attentive. It’s clear they understand how to work with residents who have memory challenges. They treat my husband with respect and warmth, and they’ve been good about keeping me informed. I’ve also been impressed with the activities. There’s a thoughtful mix of engagement throughout…
There’s a thoughtful mix of engagement throughout the week—music, simple exercises, sensory activities, and social time—that helps keep residents involved and content. My husband seems calmer and more settled because of the structure and the gentle way the team encourages participation. Overall, this has been a positive experience for our family, and I’m grateful for the care he receives.
They have been taking great care of my mother. They have made it unbelievably easy. I would particularly like to mention Shelley Bunce. She has been awesome to deal with!
I moved into independent living at the Forum five months ago and felt at home immediately. The staff is just the friendliest and most helpful, as is everyone who works here. The food is delicious, and what a diverse menu! The residents, many of whom I now call "friend" love living here, and I can see why. An added bonus is location because of the proximity to so many great restaurants and shopping. My children are delighted that I'm here, and so am I!
Witnessed a maintenance woman with a ponytail propping the doors open at the memory care facility. Gigantic no no. The lady at the memory care facility desk was on top of it! Made sure that door got closed and let the maintenance lady know that's not protocol. Good on her. Then the maintenance lady was on her golf cart driving and texting, completely unaware of the cars behind her attempting to leave the property.
They take great care of my grandpa. There are always activities going for the residents and outings to fun places. We are so grateful for the care they provide.
This elite senior community employs the Montessori method. This approach promotes independence, dignity, and meaningful engagement for individuals with dementia. This approach focuses on creating a supportive environment that encourages self-directed activities tailored to the interests and abilities of seniors, enhancing their quality of life. The Forum at Lincoln Heights follows this method carefully and diligently. Promoting dignity is top priority for this community. You simply will not find a more welcoming, nurturing, and caring environment for your loved one. I am proud to enthusiastically rate The Forum a five star community!
