4.2 · 192 reviewsMy husband found TF & we moved my mom into their memory care and are so pleased with her care there. Gale, the director of MC, is so loving & kind. All of the caregivers are amazing & treat my mom with love & respect. Lisa, the executive director, is great. She is quick to answer questions & resolve issues. The only drawback is the business office...we've had many issues with bills, accounting as well as them filing the LTI claims correctly which is frustrating. Other then that, we are very satisfied with having my mom there.
Lizeth is such a sweetheart! What a kind young lady ! She’s an amazing server and a ray of sunshine ! Always welcoming and positive
This is an amazing place with such wonderful people and employees.... especially one of the dinning room servers Caitlin Cole she always so attentive with each residents and their needs during and after service she is such a joy to have as a coworker

Highly recommend!! My mom’s life has totally changed since she moved in!! This is the 3rd community she has lived in and is by far the very best!! I eat there at least once a week and their food is excellent, but the nursing team is amazing!!! It makes me feel so good knowing she’s cared for like family. I’d give this place 10stars if I could.
I toured The Forum at Memorial City on behalf of a family member and had a great experience. Doris Preuss, the sales director, was outstanding—very knowledgeable, welcoming, and truly made the tour enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly and informative, and it’s clear they care about the residents and families they serve. Would absolutely recommend to others.
Highly recommend The Forum at Memorial Woods. It’s been refreshed and looks beautiful—super clean and updated. The apartments are also really spacious, which isn’t always easy to find. More than anything, it just felt like a warm, comfortable place where people are well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who cares about their loved one’s quality of life.
Love this community so much! Staff is awesome and treat the residents like family, always going above and beyond every day.
My father has been in the memory care at The Forum for over a year now. He enjoys the activities and the staff is fantastic and loving. The memory care Director Gale Moyo is always available for questions and advice and is incredibly helpful with any issue that comes up. She and her staff do a fantastic job, my father’s quality of life definitely improved when he moved here.
