Worked well to get my parents accomodations they requested, but slow to fix a serious sewer smell. Staff is amazing and very patient to care for them both.

Getting worse by the day! Not doing what they’re supposed to and servicing horrible food. So sad

You’ve got to see the beautiful facilities and meet the AMAZING staff!! Our brother was in Brook Ridge Independent Living care for two years and only for a short stay at The Gardens Assisted Living. The Administrative staff: Estella, Elsa and Nurse Claudia were incredible!!! Every need was met with the utmost care, respect and dignity!! The meals were amazing, the cleaning and care staff were thorough and they genuinely cared for our whole family!! Both facilities cater to everyone’s needs!! If you’re looking for an amazing adventure, look no further!! Either location will fit every need!!

My brother moved into The Gardens at Brook Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care. The experience has been wonderful. The staff is very attentive and very energetic. They are living up to their billing as they do what they say they will do, and that's all you can ask for. His room is spacious, clean, and bright. He thinks the food is great. They have a way of gettng him to engage. He's played bingo. He's exercising. He even went to the chapel on Sunday, and these are all things that he never used to do. The upkeep is very good. It's very clean. They provide my brother a place with an open enough area to walk around, get some exercise, and go outside. They even have a swimming pool that, if we come over, we can take him to, or somebody can take him to that pool. He loves the water, so that's a big thing for him. The only problem we've had is that they keep messing up on the contract and getting it done. It's a little paperwork problem, but that's no big deal.

The care she received at The Gardens at Brook Ridge was excellent. The staff took excellent care of her. I think the nurses showed exceptional care for the residents.

For cleanliness - there was broken glass in the corner of his room from when he knocked over his lamp and it broke. It was only by the bed that was vacuumed up. For meals, I had to finally ask for dad, to be moved to another table where the people would talk to him. Then it was fine. There was always activities and parties and decoration themes, but dad did not want to go to anything. He was asked be always said no. " He wanted to be at home". The cost was affordable for us! Dad just did not want to stay there, he was [profanity removed] bent on coming home.

We went to The Gardens at Brook Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care yesterday. We were very impressed and today we're taking my mother to see it. They were very helpful and transparent. Their facilities were very clean. They're very clean and very accommodating.

After 3 years at their "sister" unit Brook Ridge, my brother has transitioned to the memory care unit. Being able to make this kind of transition was a big part our original choice. This has allowed him to get visits and to visit with some of his old neighbors. And the provider that had helped him while in independent living is still able to be a part of his daily life. The staff at the Gardens has been so kind and patient while he has adjusted to a new environment. They have been responsive to our concerns and helpful in finding solutions to some of the new challenges he has faced.
