The Haven and the Laurels in Stone Oak

"Customer Service " from apparent senior staff (e.g., directors) is greatly unprofessional. As a vendor I have been ignored and treated with indifference and disrespect. Truly hope residents receive the care and respect they deserve.

My grandparents recently moved into The Haven & The Laurels and we’ve had such a great experience so far. The staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning. A big thank you to Adriana, Ken, Naomi, Irma, and Dodie in Memory Care, and Christi, Jing, Juanita, Irma, Nowrin, Jill and Cindy x2 in Assisted Living (plus various others!). They have gone out of their way to make me, my family, and most importantly, my grandparents, feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care and that they know what they’re doing. One of my grandparents was hesitant about the move, which is understandable, and the staff has been so patient and thoughtful with them. I couldn’t ask for more. The residents have also been very sweet and helpful, encouraging my grandma to attend activities with them and helping her feel at home ❤️ Heart-warming. It gives my family so much peace knowing they’re in such a nice & caring environment. Thank you all so much!

The haven in stone oak by Discovery Village has been a wonderful place for my grandmother. The entire team is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend this community.

The staff is wonderful, my family and my grandfather really felt at home during his time here. We appreciate the care and love that was shown not only to him but everyone.

I’ve seen patients at this location for over a year now. They have the most attentive staff of any of my facilities. The residents here are very happy and seem to be engaged regularly. One thing I’d like to highlight is the beautiful outdoor spaces that are clearly utilized and loved. They even have “Cafe y Chisme,” under the gazebo daily. I’d highly recommend Grand Brook
