The facility is immaculate clean, very beautiful inside. I have been to a couple facility's and some carry a smell when entering walking the halls, however here no off putting aromas. Staff is very nice, kind. Would recommend 👌
Don't let this facility fool you! It looks like a great place to leave your loved one, but once you are gone, they will be left to the mercy of those who are being paid to care for them. I encountered many of the caretakers, whether it be CNAs or whatever their title may be, on their phones and the patients surrounding them are slipping off their wheelchairs or falling asleep in very uncomfortable positions. It seems they want their patients to not have an opinion and to not know the difference between right or wrong. It is wrong, when you have a facility full of very ill individuals, and the…
Don't let this facility fool you! It is wrong, when you have a facility full of very ill individuals, and the staff are able to find the time to be on their phones and cannot seem to answer the calling of the patients or take the time to assist them to the restroom. They prefer to have the patient go to the bathroom in their pamper so it will require them not waiting on the patient. A patient across the hallway from where my loved one was had to ask if I could find someone to help her to the bathroom. Staff seemed annoyed having to do their job. What I don't understand! No one has forced the caretakers to take on the job. It is a job that they applied for. Is it a hard job? Yes, it is. It takes a very special kind of person to do it. If the staff are there just for a paycheck, they are in the wrong place. The people there need them to do their rounds and look in on them and you will not have an issue where the care of the patient is overlooked. We all will possibly one day be in need of this service. Some sooner than others. I hope that the caretakers needs don't get ignored as they ignore others.
The front attendant was cordial and very professional with instructions easy to follow. Even when we accidentally set off the front door alarm the attendant was calm and quick to guide us with a solution. Also, the medication nurse was polite to excuse his entry as we conversed with the patient. He was cheery and positive to engage with the resident. Overall, we had a great time enjoying our visit in a well organized and clean decorative environment. I would recommend the facility to my friends. Thank you.
Facility had great and respectable staff and members. I had a fantastic time visiting my mother while she recovers from knee surgery. Was able to push her outside in her wheelchair and even take my kids inside and out as well! Cleanliness of the facility is definitely a plus too!
Staff greeted with their bright crest. Also, they helped navigate through technology process that was required of visitors. Further they gave directions several times that is needed for any new visitor that is unfamiliar with the facility. Interestingly enough they helped with my meal that needed a lounge/ kitchen area... altogether, they greeted, directed, helped sign in and treated "people" with dignity that reflects Title 9 laws.... im glad my mother is in a facility with educated individuals that reflect a mission of health care, community, dignity, and compassion for rehabilitation...
I'm not one that gives 5 stars but hands down the best place we could of sent my dad for his three week rehab. My dad spoke highly of everyone he came in contract with from the front office staff, nurses, therapist and housekeeping. The place is refreshing of what a nursing facility should be like. My dad was treated with the upmost respect. He especially loved the revivals he attended. They uplifted his spirit! Hands down, Anna Prince was so helpful if we had any questions she was on top of it. Her dedication to helping is impressive. You're amazing. Rolando and Aaron also were instrumental in handling paperwork. Made everything simple with no pressure. Rolando, thank you for sharing stories with my dad. The therapist and nurses that were assigned to my dad are SUPERSTARS! He looked forward to his therapy sessions daily. Again, thank you for treating my parents especially my dad with the upmost respect and care. Everyone touched my dads heart. You are a 5 star establishment. I can only speak of the rehab part since that's where my dad was at, but this facility is a hidden diamond.
Good so far.
Good service
