I'd like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Brandy!! Mom had a hip replacement last Wednesday and sent home Thursday with home health PT. She's a healthy 87 year young, but still 87. I called the Heights and was lucky enough to have the phone answered be Brandy. Brandy was so helpful and took the time to reach out to a rehab hospital. She also took the time to reach out to check on us the next day. If Brandy is any indication of the staff working at The Heights in Pleasanton you have an exceptional staff. I have said this many times, but again, THANK YOU BRANDY!!!

The establishment seemed like a great place for the elderly, nice and so cleanI'm happy that my mom is there. I know she will be greatly taken care of. God bless the staff!!

Awesome hospitality very attentive to their patients and very clean. San Antonio needs a place like this.
Our mom is very precious to us so we are very thankful and appreciative for the way everyone at The Heights takes care of her and for the friendly and respectful way they treat her. She is happy there and enjoys the staff. She likes the food and she is kept clean and well attended to. So thank you for everything you do
