4.3 · 124 reviewsMy husband spent several days for respite in the memory care unit. The nurses and staff are very friendly and took excellent care of him. The unit was clean and my husband was clean and happy. I highly recommend this place and will use it again if I need overnight respite.
The Heights of Bulverde is just what we were looking for to take long-term care of my mother-in-law. It’s located in a quiet residential area that lovely and peaceful. The courtyard is a focal point of tranquility and resident “porch time”. The facility is clean and the residents look happy and well-cared for. All the staff is so kind and helpful. My MIL loves all the staff and they love her. The meals look tasty and she eats well. They have plenty of activities and excursions to keep the residents engaged. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
The facility is clean and bright. The rooms are a good size. All of the rooms have a large walk in shower. All of the staff are friendly. Nice outside sitting areas. The check-in process was quick and easy.

A friend of mine got hurt severely and had to be brought over to the height after she finished at the hospital.They seem to be doing an excellent job, she likes the food and the staff. Seemed very clean well-staffed well organized. Not perfect but pretty darn good.
I went to visit my best friend she was recently admitted which for for me was heartbreaking but the nurses on duty were very accommodating and helpful continue to strive and keep those smile coming I’m sure it isn’t always easy thank you God Bless You
