This is such a beautiful and welcoming facility. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly care about the residents they serve. I especially want to recognize Julie, the social worker. She is always incredibly helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. She goes out of her way to answer questions, help with concerns, and make things easier for residents and their families. Her compassion and willingness to help never go unnoticed. A beautiful facility with caring people who make a difference every day. Highly recommend!
This place is awesome! The atmosphere is very nice. It feels very homey away from home. My Mother is in very good spirits here. Everyone is friendly.

Outstanding facility with excellent management and staff. Patients feel the embrace from the outstanding social worker and all the nurses, aides and specialized therapists. Facility is immaculate, quiet and expertly managed.
The building so very nice.. the front desk lady... Had a smile.. just all away around the people I came in contact with was so damn nice.. I really felt good.. but Mrs. Stephanie HR.. took the cake.. she was soo nice . In plus we had a good conversation.. I really enjoyed talking to Mrs Stephanie HR.
I came for a tour today looking for a place for my mother m! The facility is beautiful with lots of amenities and very clean. The rooms look spacious and the bathroom is also very nice and well done. We're moving forward to transfer her here.
I absolutely love this facility. After touring so many sad sad places for my 97-year-old mother, I truly feel like God found Magnolia Heights for us. It is clean, smells good, the people that work there are amazing and kind, and unbelievably, they have a generator for the residents during power outages. I pray my mother never has to leave here. They even worked with her to find her the perfect roommate! They care so much for their residents. Shout out to Julie and Tami! ❤️❤️ Linda Mauro
Tammy C. answers the phone at this facility and was very rude and even hung up on me when I tried asking questions. Beware of people that can't control their temper in a professional setting. When BAD treatment starts the moment you call or walk through the door be very sure it doesn't stop there.
