The staff are always attentive, plenty of activities for the residents to do to keep their minds active. Our mother passed away a couple weeks ago from Alzheimer’s, and all of the facilities personnel were ever so Thoughtful and loving. Thank you all for everything.
My wife Cindy has been at The Heritage for nearly 3 years. I have come to know the management teams, caregivers and med techs over these years since I am always there for my wife. They have been very caring and responsive for any of my comments for my wife and the facility. They have done an excellent job caring for all. Karla and Connie are very good with activities and the family nights are well done. Linda the nurse has been very responsive and very helpful when it comes to my wife. It is always a difficult decision to find a good place with good facilities, management team and caregivers.…

Karla and Connie are very good with activities and the family nights are well done. Linda the nurse has been very responsive and very helpful when it comes to my wife. It is always a difficult decision to find a good place with good facilities, management team and caregivers. None are perfect, but The Heritage has worked very well for my wife and family. I have been very happy and comfortable with the facility. I can sleep good at night knowing my wife is safe and will be taken care of during the night.
The whole staff at the Heritage has made us feel like family. They go above and beyond to consider my mother’s individual and specific needs. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home away from home!

The Heritage is a wonderful place! They take such good care of my dad. All of the staff is so kind and caring with all the residents. They work hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and engaged. They know each of the residents so well. It gives me so much comfort to know that my dad is in such good hands!
The Heritage has been a blessing for my wife Kathy and our family. She has early onset dementia and has been a resident here for more than 2 years. What sets it apart is the patience, understanding compassion and love provided to its residents by caregivers, management and other staff. They make the difference in this exceptional memory care community. I enthusiastically recommend them for others needing memory care.
My Mother has been a resident for close to six months, and it has been her favorite place since the day she moved in. I cannot even begin to describe how much the entire staff loves on all of the residents. Every time I go to visit, there is a fun activity going on somewhere in the building. My Mother needed two cataracts removed and at her advanced age it was difficult to find people to assist us in prepping her for the procedure, but once we got to The Heritage, they took care of everything. Made sure she was dressed and ready to go, applied the correct medicines pre-surgery, and took care of her post-surgery. We would have never received this type of service anywhere else, and we know this because Mom has been to several assisted living/memory care facilities in the Houston area. The management team are professional, responsive and helpful at all times of the day, and even weekends. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Plenty of activity rooms, and the personal care services are second to none. Such a loving group of caretakers at The Heritage.
What we like the most about The Heritage is the attentive care provider help staff and involved Management. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
