I visited The Legacy at Crystal Falls because it's right down the street from me. I like it. It was very clean. I like the assisted living rooms. The PT area looked good, and the common areas were nice. It's assisted living, but I don't know if my aunt is a candidate for that. The facility was nice, and the staff members were very nice, informative, and professional.
We chose Legacy at Crystal Falls because of the good location and the better pricing. At all facilities make sure you are an active advocate for your loved one. Are they delivering the necessary medication to them daily as written?

What we like the most about The Legacy at Crystal Falls is that the staff is always engaged with the residents. Premises are tidy. Activities have variety
They promised more than what they provide. They are short-staffed and the meals are not what we expected. And their some of the costs were concealed until we moved her in. It's a beautiful facility, but not as it was promised.
The community worked well for our situation. I would recommend based on the experience we had a year ago. I cannot comment on the current facilities or staff.
This is a wonderful place to live. Staff is caring and loving, and provides great entertainment. I would recommend this place to anyone
