Out of the three places that my wife has been in. I would say that it was the best one of all, I would even say that it was better than the one that my in-laws were in before they passed. Very clean, no bad smells like a lot of these places have. The people were very nice and friendly. The one and only time that I was there while they were serving food. It looked really good and my wife actually made me try it, and it was really good. One thing about it was that she was eating it. It looked really good and my wife actually made me try it, and it was really good. One thing about it was that she was eating it. The month before while she was in the hospital she would not eat anything there. So that made me happy to see her eating something again. Her stay was cut short because of the insurance company. She needed more physical therapy to help with her walking. But now she’s back home with me. It was so hard having her there, because I couldn’t go see her every day only on the odd weekend when our daughter could take me. We have been married for 45 years, and it’s hard when we are apart. But this place is great.

This was my first time visting this facility with my wife and daughter. She, her twin, and her twin's husband had told me how nice the staff is and how well-maintained the facility was, and upon my arrival and entering the building, it was clean and did not have that familiar not so pleasant ordor you smell in most nursing homes. My father-in-law said the staff treats him well. However, they do make sure he does his rehab as he recovers. They tire him out where he is good and sleepy. Upon my first impressions of this place I would recommend anyone looking for a rehab and nursing home for themselves or their loved ones to consider The Lodge in Saginaw, Texas. The one negative for me is that it's too far from where I live.

I popped in on a suprise visit,my aunt was clean, her roommate was clean.Their room was clean. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and courteous. It was definitely a great visit. Thanks for all your facility and faculty does.

Very kind workers very helpful

This is a special day. Happy Good Friday. Our Savior Lives❤️. May I share the beautiful connection made at The Lodge with Mrs. Aidee, the Director of Activities, who loves and cares for her senior residents. Mrs. Aidee exemplifies a Spirit of Excellence and is a valuable addition to The Lodge. I love teaming up with Mrs. Aidee and planning activities for the beautiful senior residents at The Lodge. We care and so does Eagles View Church Open Hands Ministry. What I have seen is that everyone cares… from Aidee, to the nurses, LPNs, to the receptionists… etc. and the residents are well taken care of and the facility is pristine.

Be aware of who is running this facility before you bring your loved ones here. Chris has made it clear that his bonus is more important then patient's supplies, food or linen. He has denied all three multiple times when he's been asked for more. Having no wipes to clean my love one is bare minimum. Now for the worst part the leader over nursing. It has come to light that the Director of nurse's Jamie has been arrested at the building for very serious charges. When asked for transparency as to what's going to happen to this facility no one has answers. How do we trust these people with our loved ones when this is the life they live. Jamie and Chris have always been rude when spoken to, dodged very important questions, and "above everyone" but this seems to far. State has been contacted multiple times about serious problems and it's always dismissed. I'm not sure how they do it but things never get better. We love the location for our family but it seems our only choice left is to find another place that puts the patient's first. It will be a hard thing to do as some of the aides have become family as well as a nurse or two (we have been through several nurses as they don't seem to stay very long).
