The Magnolia Woods Assisted Living in The Woodlands, Texas. This small, licensed Type B community is sited on about 4.5 acres of wooded grounds and serves roughly 16 residents in mostly private rooms with private bathrooms and roll-in showers. Staff provide assisted living and memory-care supports, including help with activities of daily living, medication management overseen by nursing, emergency call systems, continence and fluid monitoring, and 24/7 personal care.
Daily life includes freshly prepared meals with diet modifications available, planned activities and family events, transportation for medical needs, on-site salon services, and options for physical therapy through partner agencies. Practical features cited include a zoned HVAC system, smart TVs in rooms, a house pharmacy and nurse-on-call arrangement, hallway and motion-sensing safety measures, a backup generator, and disaster preparedness plans.

When we had to find assisted living for our mother on short notice, we toured a number of large and small facilities. Magnolia Woods stood out from the others. It is new, designed with the needs of residents in mind, and in a beautiful location. All the residents have a private room and bath, which was a high priority for our mom. The common area is sunny and cheerful with a big open kitchen that makes it feel like a real home. Best of all is the excellent staff that took good care of our mother and never made us feel that any request was a bother.
Magnolia Woods is a diamond in the rough! Mom overnight had a change in her health and needed to be moved from an independent living community to assisted living. Our family feels blessed to have found this facility. It is brand new, floorplan of a contemporary home, only 15 bedrooms rooms, community dining and early morning, deer are on property from lovely outdoor space for residents and family to enjoy. Most importantly is the caring staff. They are so kind and truly want to help in any way possible. We cannot say enough kind things about Magnolia Woods Assisted Living.

So many good things to say about Magnolia Woods — beautiful, clean, positive, friendly and family environment. You walk in and can instantly feel what sets them apart. The owners are fabulous. The staff is amazing and cares like it’s their own family. A million times recommend.
We visited 5 different facilities before picking this one for mom. Magnolia Woods was by far the best in the Conroe area. It is modern, clean, in an excellent spacious area and the staff were amazing. We felt like family every time we walked in the door. Mom received excellent and loving care by all who work there. The owners truly do understand how stressful this time can be and they gave my family all of the support we needed. We felt very comfortable that mom was in good hands 24/7.
If you're looking for a "home" and not a "facility" for your loved one, The Magnolia Woods is a beautiful place. After an abrupt hospital discharge, my mother needed a place to go for hospice care. Other places we toured were depressing and clinical. The Magnolia Woods experience was neither, with a large and welcoming common area for activities and a small number of rooms on either side (8+8). From the moment we met Bivek (one of the owners), it was clear that his motivation was to provide compassionate care for those that need it, not to profit off of others' hardships. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who made us feel welcome and secure in our decision to choose The Magnolia Woods every time we stepped through the door. They were accommodating, understanding, and friendly. My mother has since passed, but we will forever be grateful to Bivek and the staff of The Magnolia Woods for helping us in our time of need.
