The electricity went off 😳 while talking to my mom and her roommate, I witnessed teamwork from the administration to maintenence staff they all pull together and made sure all residents had what they needed from oxygen to air mattress they went to every room to make sure it was done..... This day has providing that this was not for show, they r the real deal!!!! Thank you all for your quick and professional response.... Oh yeah not one time I heard "that's not my job"
My mom is in this facility, the staff is great 👍 there is a very special nurse name CC she is heaven sent, she's kind patient with my mother and I couldn't ask for anything else ❤️
Don't go unless you have no other place.Night staff is not sufficient in the aid of those who can't get themselves out of bed.Was informed by nurse that patients only get changed every 2 hours.haughtiness degradation is very much part of their program.not very nice staff.Ih and Susan the day nurse is to be avoided if you have a question .arrogance and rudeness is her expertise. You have been warned

Mother-in-law needed help but no one came to her aid. When my sister-in-law went to check why no one came, the associate at front desk nursing station was there ignoring other patient alerts. Who runs this place?
I just wanna say the house keeping department in this building is so amazing and always on top of the job and always has this place clean and smelling great when we come to visit our loved one.
