I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff at this facility for the compassionate care they provided to my father. During such a difficult time for our family, every member of the team treated him with kindness, dignity, and respect. Thank you to the nurses for your patience, professionalism, and the genuine care you showed every day. Thank you to the feeding and nutrition team for making sure his needs were met with compassion. Thank you to the physical therapy team for your encouragement and dedication. Thank you to the doctors, therapists, aides, and every department behind the scenes who worked together to provide the best care possible. It truly takes a team to care for someone, and I saw firsthand how much effort, heart, and commitment each of you put into your work. You not only cared for my father, but you also brought comfort and reassurance to our family during an incredibly challenging time. Please know that your hard work does not go unnoticed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for everything you do. I will always be grateful for the care, compassion, and respect you showed my father. Pretty nice place overall to recover and get rehabilitation to go back to normal life. Therapy is 5 days a week here so getting stronger and more stable has been much easier than it would have been on my own or just at home. Most of the staff have all been very nice and are helpful. A few people on the overnight staff need to be reminded they’re caring for people. The few staff members I’ve encountered like this need to be more gentle and more patient and understanding. The facility is very clean and seems to be very well maintained from everything I’ve seen while being here. The food definitely needs some work, but that’s to be expected I think. Overall, I would recommend going here if it’s needed.

My experience with Thrive Rehab. Ana is a great assistant nurse who consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. She is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. Ana takes the time to ensure patients are comfortable and their needs are met promptly. Her kindness, patience, and dedication make a meaningful difference every day. She treats patients with respect and dignity, and her caring nature helps create a welcoming and supportive environment. We truly appreciate all of her hard work and commitment to quality patient care. Sam, Nicole, Erica, and Linda are RN’S who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure patients receive the best possible care. Takes the time to explain things clearly in a way that is easy to understand, making patients feel comfortable and informed. Demonstrates exceptional bedside manner with kindness, patience, and compassion. Always attentive, dependable, and available when assistance is needed. I would like to give a special high five to Carl and Stephanie for the exceptional care and support they have provided to my mother. Both have taken the time to assist her in meeting the needs and goals that have been put in place for her care. Their patience is truly remarkable, and they consistently demonstrate kindness, compassion, and sensitivity to my mother’s individual needs. They are genuinely caring individuals who go above and beyond to ensure she feels supported and understood. Carl and Stephanie also display outstanding communication skills when interacting with my mother, always treating her with respect, dignity, and empathy. Their dedication and commitment have made a meaningful difference, and our family is grateful for the positive impact they continue to have on her well-being. They are very attentive to her needs and always go above and beyond to ensure she is well taken care of. They assist her with getting up, getting dressed each day, and maintaining her daily routine with patience and compassion. Whenever my mother uses her call button for assistance, they respond promptly. Kelsey is an exceptional Activity Director. Not only does she plan and organize engaging activities for all of the residents, but she also goes above and beyond by helping serve lunch and assisting residents who need help. Kelsey has a wonderful personality. She is always smiling, making everyone feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. Her positive attitude and genuine compassion shine through in everything she does. She takes the time to joke with residents, keep them laughing, and lift their spirits, which makes a tremendous difference in the lives of our elders. Her dedication, kindness, and willingness to help wherever needed do not go unnoticed. Kelsey is truly a blessing to the residents and families she serves. From the moment you walk through the door, she greets everyone with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that makes you feel comfortable and valued. Exceptional Wound Care Nurse Our wound care nurse Ms. Patsy provides truly exceptional care and goes above and beyond for every patient. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain treatments in a way that is easy to understand. Her attention to detail and dedication to proper wound healing give patients and families confidence and peace of mind.
